LIQUI MOLY  Solutions: High Oil Consumption

Some Oil consumption is normal in all engines, even new ones. This happens mainly because oil gets past the piston rings in to the combustion chamber where its burned out. Normal oil consumption can vary from engine to engine and there is no general guideline that can apply to all. Factors like engine mileage and wear, manufacturer, engine model, oil viscosity, can determine the oil consumption of an engine.

Use LIQUI MOLY (pour in the oil) treatments with anti-friction properties to improve the lubrication of the engine and reduce oil consumption.

Other possible causes:

1 - Wrong motor oil viscosity or Low quality motor oil

2 - Accumulated sludge in engine chamber / Old motor oil.

OIL CHANGE SERVICE REQUIRED: Professional Service

- Clean the motor oil system to remove accumulated sludge before adding fresh oil
